No Shows/Cancellations
We request a 7 day notice for changes or cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations impact our stylists and guests. If you miss an appointment without notifying us, you’ll be charged 100% of the service. Changes within 7 days may incur a 50% fee. Specialty services require a 7-day notice to refund your deposit; otherwise, you forfeit it. Consultations are free, but no-shows incur a $25 fee. Thank you for your understanding!

Adjustments
We take great pride in the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring every guest leaves fully satisfied with their service. If you are unhappy with the outcome, we are happy to make any necessary adjustments if contacted within one week of your original appointment.
Please note that complimentary services are not offered for changes of mind or shifts in desired direction regarding haircuts or color. Additionally, issues such as premature color fading or concerns resulting from not using the recommended professional products will require a paid service to address.


Running Late
If you're running late, we understand. However, if you're over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Please let us know as soon as possible, and note that our-Show & Cancellation Policy may apply.

Extension Hair
All extensions are final sale and non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage questions before purchase.
